GLORYTE Lifetime Upgrade Policy
Our Lifetime Upgrade Policy applies to all GIA-graded diamonds purchased from Gloryte customers beyond the initial sale, ensuring lifetime service for selected products. If you wish to upgrade your diamond at any point after purchase, we will provide a credit of the original diamond's cost (minus a restocking fee*) which can be applied toward a new diamond purchase.
Terms & Conditions:
- This policy applies to any GIA-graded diamond purchased from Gloryte with a value of Rupees 86,000 or above.
- The cost of the new diamond must exceed that of the original diamond.
- There is no limit to the number of times you may upgrade your diamond.
- A credit of the original diamond’s cost (less a 25% restocking fee) will be applied toward your new diamond.
- The original diamond must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unaltered, along with the original grading report. Altered or damaged diamonds will be returned and ineligible for an upgrade.
- This upgrade policy applies only to loose diamonds and excludes any diamond mounted in a setting. Please remove any setting prior to returning the diamond, as diamonds in settings will not be accepted.
- Only the original purchaser may trade in the diamond. This guarantee is non-transferable.
